Complaints are managed in line with our Customer Complaints Policy.
Guaranteed service levels
We set targets for service reliability called Guaranteed Service Levels (GSL) and you may be entitled to an automatic GSL payment if we do not meet service standards for supply restoration or reliability.
Submit a claim
If you’ve experienced loss or damage due to an issue with your power supply, there is a compensation processes for customer claims.
