Diversity, equity and inclusion
Our vision for diversity, equity and inclusion
We’re dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported to succeed.
This means making sure our workplace is physically and mentally safe, so that our people can be their authentic self, share their unique perspectives and thrive.
This commitment is supported by our 2025-26 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy and it's four focus areas - inclusion, First Peoples engagement, gender diversity, and neurodiversity and disability.
Diversity, equity and inclusion programs and actions
